Jericho Elijah Hart
Basic Info:
Gender:
Male
Sexual orientation: Straight
Age: 21
Face claim: Victor Benain
Weapons:
Two street signs fashioned into blades, and whatever else is handy.
Description:
Jericho is tall and strong, standing around 6'2" and now that the world has gone to shit, often dirty and with some sort of scruff on his face. He wears what is practical, or what will fit him, which usually means a pair of jeans or a t-shirt when not out scavenging. When he is outside, well... you can usually see him donning a set of football shoulder pads, and motorcycle helmet. The world is a tough place and he likes to be ready for it. Not the most academic character, Jericho grew up with a father and younger brother and together they worked on machines. They were good at it too. Together, the group tried to restore some older models of cars, generators, get a few things up and running, but when he was 16, they got separated when looking for parts. Jericho hasn't seen them since and their fate is often a source of night terrors for him.
Not long after he started running solo, Jericho joined a group of marauders to survive, and it was alright for awhile. But he got tired of it, and left shortly afterwards. Now he does his own thing, crafting his own weapons and sneaking around, stealing when he has to. He's not afraid to get in a fight, but he prefers to be tactical more than naught. He's patient, and not usually one quick to anger. He does what he has to in order to survive. It's business, nothing personal. When dealing with people, Jericho doesn't trust easily and will give you the cold truth if he has to, whether that means a blunt answer or a punch to the face.
Jericho's biggest weakness? Animals. The wolves don't count so much, but he's been trying to think of a way to tame one. Living in an abandoned warehouse on the edge of town, Jericho gets to see all sorts of critters running around, but his favorite is a cat that lives in the building, hunting mice and often perching itself on the tall beams of the old structure. Despite his skill with metal, nature (when not trying to kill him) is often a source of relaxation for Jericho, and tries to see it as a way to calm his nerves when stressed.
